Custom Motorized XY Stage For Wafer2022-03-05
This custom XY table is usually used with a microscope for transmission measurement. Three glass wafer holders of 150mm, 200mm and 300mm diameter are available. Precision ball screw and linear guide rails ensure the high accuracy and load capacity. This XY table has two limit switches and one of them is used as the zero position. It can be controlled by our motion controller via USB or RS232 interface.
