Description:
The motorized rotation stage with plate number MOR-400-A is built with precision ground and hardened worm gear, which has a self-compensating preload and precision crossed roller bearings. This ensures consistent driving torque to the rotating carriage and high rotation accuracy in bearing loads in every direction.
The rotation stage allows for continuous rotation of 360° and has a hardware origin. Additionally, a hall effect sensor is built in as the zero position, preventing the top plate from moving in a negative direction to pass over the zero position.
To control the motorized rotation stage, it can be connected with our motion controller via the DB9 interface and can be controlled by our computer software through the USB or RS232 interface on the controller.
