Description:
This motorized rotary stage is equipped with an integrated stepper motor that combines the functions of a motor, driver, and encoder. It can be controlled directly by computer software, eliminating the need for a separate controller. The highest micro step resolution can be set to 51200 steps/rev. The encoder has stall detection and prevention functions that prevent the motor from stalling and provide position maintenance when the motor is stopped.
To operate the motorized rotary stage, you will need to purchase a separate power supply box that includes the power supply, necessary cables, interface ports, and the RS485 to USB converter. Our software or serial port commands can easily control the motorized rotary stage. Users can create their own programs using LabView or Matlab via the serial port commands.
The rotating carriage of this motorized rotary stage is driven by a precision ground worm gear that produces consistent driving torque. The proprietary ball bearing design ensures smooth rotation with minimal wobble. The clearance elimination is designed for long life and can be easily adjusted by a spanner.
This motorized rotary stage has a hardware origin and can rotate continuously for 360°. The central aperture measures 30mm. A hall effect sensor is built into the rotation stage, acting as the zero position, and preventing the rotation stage from moving in a negative direction when passing over the zero position.
