Shipping & Returns


Unless otherwise specified, we will use our best efforts to ship most of merchandise within 5 business days of purchase after your payment. Delivery date estimates are good faith estimates only. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise purchased passes to the customer upon our delivery of the merchandise to the carrier.

When you select economy express, the products will be shipped via FedEx, DHL, TNT or UPS. And the delivery time will be in 5-8 business days.

Any duty or customs imposed on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We do not ship purchases immediately to registrants but instead will hold purchases in a credit account pending registrants' final confirmation of purchase decisions. At their direction, we may ship accumulated purchases in aggregated shipments.


Merchandise purchased from us may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of purchase and only if accompanied by the original receipt and in original condition and in original packaging. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Returns must be authorized in advance by email.

Returns must be properly packed and sent via FedEx, DHL, TNT or UPS at customer's expense.
Please insure return packages for their full value and retain tracking information. We cannot assume responsibility for return packages not received.


All our products come with a 12 month warranty. We will provide repair service or replacement of parts for free during the warranty period. But we will charge the costs of repair or parts in the case of beyond warranty period.
